Psychological Therapy offers a safe and confidential space for you to explore and address the emotional and mental health concerns you bring to therapy. During a session, we will navigate through these together and work towards positive growth and healing. During your assessment, we will discuss how frequently sessions should take place to maximise what you can take away from therapy.

Couples and Partner Psychotherapy

60 min | £130
For home visits, the standard therapy rate applies, + mileage 45p/mile. Travel time will come at an additional cost of 50% of the hourly rate.

Couples, or partner therapy, can be accessed by any two people wishing to work on a shared issue. You do not need to be in a romantic relationship.

Our couples therapy utilities systemic or cognitive behavioural approaches, based on your needs. In the session, you will gain insight into the relational patterns taking place between you, and be invited to consider how these might function in other ways. Therapy will also be a confidential and safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings within your relationship.

Couples sessions typically take place with both clients in each session. However, individual sessions as part of couples work may be offered, if all parties agree.
